Shipping — Made by Charlie

Every order is checked and packed by hand by Charlie before it's sent. Because each order is prepared personally, please allow a little time.

Handling & dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–7 days. You'll get an email with tracking the moment your order is on its way.

Delivery times

• United Kingdom: typically 1–2 weeks from dispatch.
• Some pieces are made and shipped in partnership with our makers, so delivery can occasionally take a little longer. We'll always keep you updated.

Shipping cost

• Free UK shipping on orders over £50.
• Orders under £50: a small flat rate shown at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If it hasn't arrived in the expected window, email hello@charliecrafts.co.uk and we'll chase it for you.

Lost or delayed parcels

If a parcel is lost or badly delayed, we'll replace it or refund you. Charlie's Care Cover (optional at checkout) lets us do this instantly with no claims process — but your statutory rights apply either way.
