Welcome to Made by Charlie (charliecrafts.co.uk). By using this site and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can. As pieces are handmade or hand-finished, small natural variations in colour, pattern and size are normal and are not faults.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes where shown. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we email confirmation.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We don't store your card details.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Liability

We're responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us breaking these terms, but not for matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
